Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return or exchange any product(s), You are required to send an email to help@claymango.com within 5 days from date of delivery of the product(s).

If You receive a product that has any defect or damage, please inform us at help@claymango.com within 48 hours of delivery of the product. If the defect or damage has not been communicated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s), We shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement of the product, even though the period of 5 days to return the product has not expired.

Shipping fee and Money handling Charges for any product is non-refundable(All prices listed for our products are inclusive of shipping charges and taxes, unless otherwise stated.)
All returned products should be undamaged and in the same condition in which they were delivered
We aim to process all returns within 5- 7 days of receiving and inspection of product.
