Squadron IAF Flying Daggers was formed on 1 July 2016 with two aircraft. It is a single-engine
multirole fighter, has a tail-less compound delta-wing configuration with a single dorsal fin that

material structures, and a flat rated engine. It is the smallest and lightest in its class of contemporary

ground-attack role, its flexibility permits a variety of guided air-to-surface and anti-shipping weapons
to be integrated for multirole and multisession capabilities.
