Return and Refund Policy

1) We want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and wish to return or exchange a product, please email us at help@claymango.com within 5 days from the date of delivery.

2) If your product arrives with any damage or defect, please notify us at help@claymango.com within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, even if they fall within the 5-day return window.

3) Please ensure to record an unboxing video upon receiving your product. This helps in processing claims for damage or incorrect items.

4)Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. (All product prices are inclusive of shipping and taxes unless otherwise stated).
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

5)Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6) For refund requests or related queries, kindly email help@claymango.com with clear images of the item received.
